Adding video to a WordPress page or post has become an amazingly simple task now.

Simply add the url of the video on it’s own line within a post or page, with no links around it. WordPress will automatically format the video for you.

To embed a TED Talk, go to the page of the TED talk you wish to embed, and click “Embed” below the video. It will give you the talk ID. You can add the width or height if you’d like.
